● 1 cup Oats
● 1 frozen banana
● A half of pitaya (red dragon fruit)
● Soyabean milk (depending on how thick you like)
● Plain yoghurt

Stir all ingredients in a jar, place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, you can also add some nut butter, pinch cinnamon, nut, or something crunchy ^^
